Elko Lake Property Owners Association

Welcome to the Elko Lake Community! The Elko Lake Property Owners Association convened its first meeting in 1999 to collectively manage and maintain shared spaces including our private roads and the Common Area.

The Elko Lake Board is responsible for:

1. Collecting HOA dues
2. Maintaining the roads and Common Area
3. Making available and enforcing the deed restrictions and bylaws.

The Board’s decisions are guided by two goals:

1. Preserve and protect our natural environment
2. Preserve and enhance our property values
